01. Anxiety is a bad idea
Anxiety Deceives you.
You may be experiencing symptoms of irrational anxiety, but that does not mean you are sick. There are many other reasons for experiencing anxiety besides illness. In some rare cases, disease may indeed be the cause, but in most instances, it is not. That is why it is possible to be free of anxiety, but it requires effort and a change in perception.
The following rule applies to all irrational anxiety: Even if I feel, think, or believe that I am sick, I am not.
Before beginning your anxiety-free journey, it’s important to be mentally on top of everything. This means being positive, thinking positively, and acting positively. A key step in this process is understanding that you are not ill. It is not possible to be positive when you constantly believe that you are ill.
You will be surprised at the psychological effect of telling yourself, “I am not sick.” This sentence convinces us over time. Saying “I’m not sick” activates positive emotions and helps you think and feel better. It’s a simple but very powerful technique.
It’s important to know that:
– You can free yourself from anxiety if you want.
– You are not weak because you experience irrational anxiety.
– You are strong precisely because you are you.
– And I know it because you are a thinking person like me. Humans can do almost anything when we do it together. Just look at the world around you. So let me help you.
Progress is about setting a goal, thinking new things, and trying new things. It’s the same with anxiety treatment. Set a goal to free yourself from anxiety. Think of something new, and try what I describe. Set that goal now. Don’t wait anymore.
Our brains are designed to protect us from new information we don’t like or agree with, which usually makes sense. Therefore, new information must be repeated many times if we want to be convinced of something else or if our perception is going to change. This is called transformative learning. To change (transform) a belief into a new belief through learning.
It will not be easy, since this technique is very uncomfortable for us to use, since it will change everything we have learned about a belief. E.g., Anxiety is a disorder or illness
So simply accepting that anxiety is not a disease requires a lot of long-term conviction. Having to accept that anxiety is not a disease will also completely change your self-perception that you have anxiety. Who am I if I no longer have anxiety? What kind of person will I become? What will my life be like?
Again, to change the belief about anxiety, everything that was believed to be the truth about anxiety must be changed. And it’s not easy. But it will work over time.
We know from experience that the acceptance of the previous text will determine if you can free yourself from anxiety or not.
It is the anxiety spiral that breaks with the image “Anxiety Deceives.” The image will over time change your belief and psyche to the positive.
Keep in mind. The poster is for the sole purpose of convincing you that you are not sick simply because you are experiencing anxiety symptoms. Again, what you think about the method at this point is completely irrelevant. The most important thing is that you try it now. After testing you can form an opinion.
Look at the image below for a minute and imagine it hanging in your living room for the next year or more.
Read the text aloud several times. You don’t have to believe the text. Your subconscious makes sure you do over time.
Download the image to your devices to speed up the process. Set it as background.
The image looks simple, but it will change your life in one way or another.
What do you think would happen if you had a Poster like this hanging in your living room for a year?
Try to think about that for a minute. Now imagine you have one hanging in every room in your house.
You can call the picture a form of reverse psychology or brain manipulation e.g., if we both sat together and you said to me a thousand times I am sick and I always replied with You are not sick, you would begin to doubt that you are sick because you begin to doubt your own conviction that you are sick? You’re thinking, why doesn’t he give me credit?
Then, after a thousand times more replying, You’re not sick, you start thinking: Maybe I’m not sick after all.
We can go on like this until, over time, you will be completely convinced that you are not sick after all. That will happen over time.
This way we can convince ourselves of anything. Both right and wrong things.
That is why I know that if you can accept that you are not sick after all, you will eventually be anxiety-free, just like me and so many others using this method which I developed in 2018 after years of research into why I wasn’t anxiety-free after almost 40 years with symptoms. That story is for another time.
If the picture is hung in the right place in the room, it will be so visible that you will look at it many times a day, as I did. This is called changing the focus.
And that was exactly the point. Change of focus from anxiety to freedom.
The image will make one more or less anxiety-free over a year. Probably before.
Already in the first weeks, you will notice a great decrease in your symptoms and thoughts of anxiety.
The text begins to occupy more and more space. The text becomes part of the new daily life. When you feel anxiety symptoms, it becomes easy to say, I’m not sick. It calms our entire nervous system.
You will find that the symptoms disappear every time you say it because you shift your focus from the symptoms to the rational thought that you are not sick. And if the symptoms disappear, then it must mean that you are not sick. In this way, the anxiety thoughts stopped over time and thus the anxiety symptoms.
I know from experience that many people are skeptical about this method and its effect. That is why it is even more important that you try it – so that you can experience the effect for yourself.
Anyone can participate in this method. It doesn’t require much from you. The image and your subconscious do all the work for you. Just hang it in your living room while you live your life as usual.
I really hope you try the method so you too can experience how effective it is.
It is a very simple method, with an enormous effect.
I won’t lie to you. This method takes time. Removing the belief that one has anxiety will require, as I have mentioned, several thousand new beliefs that one does not have anxiety or that one is ill. A new belief occurs every time you look at the text on the image and say it out loud. Therefore, the picture or poster should hang in your living room for at least 1 year. My original picture still hangs in my living room as a memory of how my life was.
Please take this method seriously if you seriously want to become anxiety-free.
If this method makes sense to you, I recommend you hang a copy poster in each room in your house as I did. It significantly increases the awareness that anxiety is deceiving you.
Of course, there is no problem with taking anxiety medication or engaging in other treatments while trying this method. But remember that when you experience an improvement it is probably not because of the medicine or the therapy, but rather your own new beliefs.

Hang a copy of the image text, by printing it on A4 paper, somewhere in your house where you are sure to see the text every day, e.g., on your bathroom mirror, on a kitchen door, on the fridge, under the television, or in a similar place.
If you do not have the opportunity to copy the image, you can go down to the nearest copy center and have them make a copy for you, preferably in A3 size or even better in A1 or A2 format.
You have now completed the most important part of becoming anxiety-free.
